How to Print a Graphic Work

The following are instructions on how to print a graphic using the color printer.  It is no mistake that we are using Photoshop to print, it does not matter if you made your work in Fireworks, follow the instructions explicitly.


  1. Open your work in Photoshop
  2. File >> Print with Preview
  3. Click on the Scale to Fit Media checkbox
  4. Click Print
  5. Select the color printer: \\dm701-apps\701-Rm143-HP5500
  6. Click OK
  7. Retrieve it from the printer and write your name on it
  8. Place it in the Hand In Bin.
